Take Me To Post Comment Form Im so excited to see that Savannah has a roller derby team! I dont know if any of you ladies or guys ever remember watching it growing up in the 80's. I was an 80s kid,lol. I used to love it to turn it on and lay there on my stomach in front of my tv and watch these women roll around and knock each other out, to the ground, and basically at times just steamroller em! I am a true southerner and i do love to watch the sports violence,lol. Actually i love to watch a good fight anywhere. And now we have a team of our own. Ladies, im proud to welcome you to Savannah! Its a little late i know but better late than never! I moved out here to Hinesville 4 years ago when i became an Army spouse and i lived in and around Savannah all my life. Ive already got some girls out here interested in coming to see ya. Maybe ill even mention it to my FRG:). And to those military spouses that are already IN the Savannah DD, awesome!!! Hubbies are overseas kickin butt and the wives are back here kickin butt too, and on SKATES!!!! We might like to be girly from time to time but we LOVEEEE to get a little rowdy at times too!
