The people of Liberty County, Georgia, are tired of the conditions and regulations of their tax supported Animal Control Facility. They have concluded that the Liberty County government and administration are not concerned with those conditions, have purposely blocked off the public from viewing those conditions and are totally insensitive to the euthanasia of the animals at this tax payer supported facility.
