| Description: | Newman Gym will be the site for a free, two-hour fittness event titled "Wellness Fair: Mind and Body." The even will be from 5:30-7:30 pm, April 12. Fair includes information stations on nutrition, wellness and total fittness. Exibitors are from on and off post will be on site to complement the event such as WACH nutrition department, a health coach, Farmers natural Food Store, massage therapists, cooking demonstrations and more.
